- Receiving account: a Google Account that owns no Play Console account (Google) / your own developer account and Team ID (Apple)
- A payments profile for identity verification (Google)
- Copyright, publishing licence or app filing (Huawei, Xiaomi)
- Contact email and phone that can receive codes
Eight checks before handover
- Store and account type
- Registration date and verified entity
- Live apps, downloads, ratings (open the store links)
- Violations, warnings, removals (live pages)
- Upload keys, signing files or reset conditions
- Software copyright and app filing holder (Chinese stores)
- Payment and settlement setup
- Members and devices on the account
Handover day
- Confirm the official process has started and save the status the store shows
- Check payment milestones match the order
- Never share your password, codes or recovery email
First 24 hours
- Remove members you do not need
- Turn on 2-step verification
- Update contact email, phone and public developer details
First 30 days
- Ship a small update to confirm signing and release
- Move Firebase, AdMob and other integrations to your account
- Check the policy status page and inbox regularly
- Huawei: resubmit and update licences within 72 hours of accepting
