Registering yourself
Registering with Google is a one-time US$25 with no annual fee, paid by credit or debit card such as MasterCard, Visa or American Express; prepaid cards are not accepted. Personal accounts registered after 13 November 2023 also need the closed test.
What drives aged-account prices
- Registration year: older is rarer.
- Type: organization accounts usually cost more.
- Country and verification status.
- Number of live apps and their downloads.
- Whether signing keys and source are included.
- A clean policy history.
Public listings for accounts with apps range from a few hundred to a few thousand US dollars. We quote per account card, not a flat price.
Hidden costs
- Time: the official transfer has a 7-day hold.
- Paperwork: you verify with your own payments profile.
- Compliance: your apps still go through Google review.
